You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our templates to fit your needs. You may not redistribute our templates in any way. You must not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the template xml file. You may only remove the copyright from the footer of our templates if you wish.

If you pay by PayPal*, your template will be emailed within next 2 minutes to the email adress you provided. If your mailserver doesn´t support large mail with attachement please contact us, we will send you a download link.

What is your refund policy? |

All our products are digital goods, that is to say they are non-tangible goods,
once they have been received, we have no control of duplications being made of
the product. It is for this reason, we do not issue refunds on any of our
products.
If you are
having trouble with your product, please make sure that you've carefully read
all relevant documentation and tried out our demo.

A one-time-use license ( single license) is granted for each
template file downloaded from the themesmarketplace.net site
(https://www.themesmarketplace.net ). If a user wishes to use the same
template for more than one Web site, they must download another copy of
the same template file from our Web site.

Templates provided by themesmarketplace.net may not be resold or redistributed in whole or part, modified or unmodified, without the expressed written consent of themesmarketplace.net. Doing so is strictly forbidden and offenders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

All templates distributed by themesmarketplace.net are provided as is and come with no warranties of any kind. There is no guarantee that templates will appear on any computer exactly as they are shown in the preview images on the themesmarketplace.net Web site. Users are responsible for all editing of the files included with any templates downloaded from the themesmarketplace.net Web site.
themesmarketplace.net cannot guarantee the templates will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes as we can not guarantee that themesmarketplace.net themes will work with all browser combinations.
